“Rooms simple but of a very high standard. Location is fantastic right next to Bowland beer hall and mill. Breakfast was excellent.”

“Huge car park. Room was very nice. I needed a walk in shower and one phone call a little while before we were due to go sorted out a room with accessible shower. Set in a pretty village. Breakfast was really good. Evening meal very good too. Extremely pleasant staff. We booked The Waddington arms as we were going to a family wedding being held close by at the Out Barn. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the clitheroe/Waddington area. A good base to explore some lovely……
