"After checking in, the room didn’t have blankets or pillow cases on one of the bed, the floors were dirty and had food on the floors, the bathroom was gross and toilet had gross stuff ( poop) on the base, the sheets that covered the box spring had stains all over them. The gentleman at the front desk was very annoyed with me and made me show him how disgusting the room was. I will never stay here. It was very upsetting and just nasty. "

"My new favorite motel! So cute, clean, homey and comfortable, with the authentic charm that comes with Montana. Loved the paint colors, this does not feel like a cookie cutter motel chain. The only thing was that the sheets had a detergent smell, which many people would really like – but I'm sensitive to fragrances, so hoping they switch to unscented in future. Otherwise love. <3"

"There was a hot breakfast and cold options like oatmeal! Would have been great to have fruit to add to the oatmeal or fresh fruit! No sweet rolls but plenty of bread, bagels, pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, and yogurt. The pillows were not the best for either my husband or I. We like them soft! The deep tub was fine for us to step over but would be difficult for someone with physical needs!"

"The curtains were ripped, socks and grabage from a previous guest still in the room. 45 mins after checking in the toilet in our room flooded the room. My kids refused to use the pool as they felt it wasnt sanitary. As a result of this we cancelled our booking at the Baymont in Billings"
