"The reception staff were great. We were able to leave our bags before the check in opened at 4pm with the neighbouring building reception. The room had everything you need to self cater. Although a little way from the centre it was a lovely walk along the river and public transport was excellent to the property."

"Kitchen & amenities were very poor. It was not possible to make your own meals. There is no kitchen sink! Needed to clean glasses in the bathroom. This is very unsanitary! Small fridge was on the floor & difficult to access with the furniture next to it. It was difficult to put anything in & take anything out. Shower door opened to the inside making it difficult to get in and out."
