“After driving over 1,000 km, I finally arrived at the Quality Inn & Suites. The front desk staff member was friendly and provided good service; however, my overall stay was very disappointing for the following reasons: After taking a shower and getting ready for bed, I opened the blanket and found bugs, hair, and a significant amount of sand in the bed. There was a black cat outside making loud noises for an extended period. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room had poor sound insulation……

“ Very nice hotel. One of the nicest comfort inns that I had ever stayed in. Room was super clean. I really had to look hard to find something not perfect. Good hot water in bathroom and fast EV charging onsite. Very rare to find such a well kept hotel at a fairly remote interstate exit. Was kind of run like more of a bed and breakfast, with nice personal touches.”
