Cold and unwelcoming
Not very welcoming, no welcome pack or even a pint of milk in the fridge. The heating did not work, was cold where a window had been left open. No hot water, no plug for the bath and the oven did not work. The balcony was out of bounds as there was maintenance going on, not told prior to arrival. There were ladders on the balcony laid up against the window, which look horrible. If you are going to paint the walls white they need to be keep clean. It looks like a big shipping container from the outside. We left within two hours of arrival. We expect more from a holiday home and will not be booking with Stay Beyond, the management company.

We had no hot water for the duration of our stay. The boiler was not working (we were told this has happened in the past, so its a known issue). We informed them of the issue and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. It was also very complicated to access the property. Codes were out of date/not updated. Total nightmare.

Nice but could be slightly improved!
The location is great! The place itself was quite hard to get in and out of we found, the key fob to the gate was difficult or broken? And the lock on the door was a bit of a faff, but fine. The place was nice and clean and had lovely views of the river. Just lacked a tin opener! And one blind needs fixing..but that didnt effect our stay. Really the only thing we found hard to live with was a large cabinet fixed onto the bathroom wall which was literally head height and in a really silly position, ie where you walk all the time! It could do with being moved to above the toilet or sink.
