"We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck. "We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
