"Good location, simple enough to check in and room was a nice size. Just looked tired in places and we noticed bottles or rubbish left outside people’s rooms remained there across the two days of our stay. "

"Clean and very comfortable room with comfortable beds. The hotel was well located 15 minute walk to the city centre. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety hot and cold choices. Well worth £14 to add on. Staff were friendly, although I overheard a female staff member from reception talk to a male colleague very very abruptly as if telling him off, when we were in the seated area by reception. I was taken aback as she didn’t seem to bother that she was talking loudly and treating him badly in front of others. It made me sad for the staff member on the receiving end, but we still had a good stay. "
