The property is exceptionally well appointed and immaculate. It is convenient to grocery stores and good restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Served its purpose!
The neighborhood this house is technically a part of is pretty run down. However, the house is on a main street, there are cameras on the property, and I did not feel unsafe at all. If you are not familiar with where you are going, you might be concerned at first sight. For us, it was convenient to LSU and we were there for a conference, so out of the house all day. It served our purpose well. The towels were a little disappointing. Just a few more dollars on some better quality linens would go a long way. Overall, it was good!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. This house was close to restaurants, shopping, and LSU campus.

Near Railroad Tracks
The property itself is nicely renovated and clean. However, it is extremely close to the railroad tracks (trains come through all hours of the night) it is also close to the road and the fire station. If you are a sound sleeper this could be the place for you. If you prefer a quiet night, this is not the place for you.
