⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Sonesta. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very enjoyable. One of the highlights of my visit was having the opportunity to meet the General Manager. She was extremely professional, personable, and genuinely cared about the guest experience. It was clear that her leadership sets the tone for the entire team because every staff member I encountered represented her and the hotel exceptionally well. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and the team at Sonesta delivered it consistently. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality.
