Excellent Stay
Our family of 4 had an excellent time at Joni's house. The location was perfect for us. We walked everywhere. The beach is a straight shot, just a few minutes. Our stay was in December/January and we went to the beach nearly every day. We also walked to a local coffee shop called Mockingbird Cafe nearly every day. It's about 20 minutes, winding through beautiful streets. Joni's house is well appointed- we lacked nothing. Perfect for a family or two. The kids super enjoyed the bunk room and the swing out front. Joni was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We'd love to stay here again.

This was a wonderful home to celebrate Thanksgiving with family living in the area. The spacious rooms and layout allowed us to gather and enjoy our time together. The neighborhood is preaceful and shops and eateries are near by.

This was a great cottage close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space with everything you need to maintain the comforts of home feeling. Our host Joni was more than helpful meeting any request. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this area.

Spring Break
We just returned from our week staying in this wonderful house. It’s exactly like the pictures and we had such a relaxing week. We actually locked one of the bathroom doors and couldn’t get it unlocked on our own. The owner sent over a neighbor to help and then the builder who was able to open the door. The next time it happened we were able to do it ourselves. The house is close to town and the beach. My teenagers loved the house so much the want us to buy it!!
