“The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future……

“Great location. Easy paddle to Hospital Hole. Kitchen was well equipped with some starter spices, pots, bowls, etc. A floating mat that my nephews had a blast on! Several kayaks, paddles & life jackets for use.The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!”

“The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication. Great food at the Freezer and Margarita Grill. The Ice cream Barr was amazing. We had a fun time! Thank you!! ”

The walls are very thin, so every sound transmits; the person on toilet could casually participate in the conversation happening in the living room and vice versa. This was no problem for our close knit group, but other travelers may prefer more sound proofing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We enjoyed having the bicycles and kayaks available to use.We felt completely at home.
