The downstairs area with pool table and XBox is a great bonus and kept my grandson busy. Communicating with John was easy and he answered questions quickly. "The house is comfortable and the location to the beach is very convenient. Only surprise was that it sits on busy intersection so sitting outside on balcony was somewhat loud. Otherwise very nice place."
