"Great location right over the bridge to Smith Point! Easy access to the beach and nightly music during the summer. The house has space for all and the dock has frequent visits from mallards and swans. Peaceful and lovely. Great hosts!"

"We came to Long Island for a military retirement ceremony, this was our first time here and this cottage was perfectly located. Close to Islip airport, short drive to Port Jefferson for the ceremony, and close enough for a day trip up to the Hamptons and Montauk. The cottage itself was wonderful. Perfect amount of old and new. The landscaping and property made it feel very private."
