We love staying here because the rooms are much nicer than any other hotel in the area. The kitchenette’s are very useful, and having windows that actually open and dedicated work spaces are so wonderful. We stay there about once a month for work, and the mattresses are sometimes too stiff, and it’d go a long way to have robes in the rooms too! Especially for such a beautiful boutique hotel!

Room cleaned every morning and room staff very helpful

If your definition of a hotel is simply “a place to sleep,” then this place technically qualifies. Beyond that, it fails on almost every level. Everything is extremely cramped—rooms, hallways, and elevators. The bathroom is especially problematic: it’s so small that anyone who isn’t very slim will struggle to close the door or shower comfortably. This should be clearly disclosed. Amenities are lacking. There is no laundry service, which is a major inconvenience for longer stays. Cleanliness is unacceptable. I found trash in the room on day one, and despite daily housekeeping for an entire week, it was never removed. On another occasion, staff left cleaning supplies behind in my room. That shows a serious lack of attention and professionalism. The only reason I stayed was because the booking was prepaid—otherwise, I would have left on day one. This is not a cheap hotel, and at this price point, it is simply not worth it. I will not return, and I strongly recommend others stay away. At best, this is a 1–2 star experience.

Great staff, clean facility, great location, would stay again. The only negative was how busy the elevators got during morning time frame when everybody was heading out. Other than that had a great experience.
