"Acadia Bay was excellent, the views were awesome. The owners, Matthew and Hailey were very pleasant, helpful and informative about the area. The breakfasts were different everyday and very good. We will definitely come back again."

"Very quaint, comfortable cabin. We absolutely loved everything about it. We saw the loons our first day and watched an eagle catch a fish then share it with his mate. Beautiful sunsets and truly amazing setting inside and out. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend."

"Fabulous. Perfect Bold Coast getaway. Peaceful, spacious, gorgeous property away from it all - but close enough to whatever you may want to see, do, eat or experience. Have been DownEast a few dozen times and will definitely come back to this property. Hosts lovely, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. In particular the trails, water views, sunrise on the front porch, writing nook, fireplace, antique décor and spectacular fall color made leaving very difficult. Well stocked pantry, immaculate and cozy...and not an ounce of fussiness :-)"

"Nathan was very a very plesant host, helpful if needed, reponsive, and very easy going. All around nice guy.The view from the cottage was fantastic. It was nice to have the various wildlife wandering by; we saw deer, chipmunks, numerous costal birds,and minows in the water. Working lobster boats regulaly came by the the cottage close enough to see the guys working.The location was very convenient to Milbridge, Schoodic and we made a nice trip to Campobello (only a little over an hour away). All in all very nice place to stay."

"Nice new house that provided all the basic essentials. Very quiet and peaceful. Had a little difficulty with check in as the instructions were not accurate but we were able to contact someone and get a quick response. Loved that it was pet friendly so we could travel with our dogs."
