“Beautiful place! Perfect location!”

“First I wanna say the owner is sweet and I think she means well but I feel like its too much for her to maintain and be responsible for. My friend and I booked this room for a night on our way to Bar Harbor. I noticed immediately that the harbor IS across the street but theres a building there not a little beach or anything that you can go down onto. The yard in front of the house is somewhat unkept, needed mowed for sure. Gayle met us at the door introduced herself and took us upstairs to……

“I was very impressed with my stay. The lodge has many attractions, such as a beautiful, hot tub and a wonderful lake that you can swim in and has free paddleboard and canoes to use. I also had some extreme car trouble, and they were very helpful in assisting me. The staff were super polite, and I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. I will stay here again.”

“Great, helpful and friendly staff!!! Great price and location. Only issues were very minor, and any issues that were addressable were immediately remedied. We were also aware before arriving that the pool is no longer available, although it is not physically removed as of yet. Note that it is a slightly older hotel, so if you have mobility issues, be sure to request a ground floor room, since there is no elevator to the second floor. There is a small cafe room serving (in the morning) free……

“The Inn was a perfect spot to stay just outside of Bar Harbor but close to the park. They were so accepting of our dog who traveled with us and the room was very cozy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!”

“Lovely property, excellent location, and exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfasts and daily snacks were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. The only suggestion I would make is to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the carpets and floors. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our experience.”

“They were very good about communicating with us about the code to enter the unit. The room was large and comfortable. Their cleaning staff really went out of their way for us when we needed help.”
