A comfortable fulls size recliner was in each room. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels in the room. Nice pavilion/seating area with cornhole & horseshoes around back. Walking distance to shopping plaza with Walmart & food options. Great, quiet stay. ”

“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”
