“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”

“We booked the room in nov.25 , when we arrived here ,Apparently over the 9 months they got sold out. The room they gave us, we were stuck in the corner right over the garbage !!Which was picked up at 5am When we checked in Sam at the front desk had a hard time to get away from his phone to get us checked in, Then we find out parking your car has a fee of 15.00 per day. The bathroom has only 1 place to hang any towels, the shower leaks onto the floor , so the bathmat is hung on the shower……

“We had a great stay. The room had everything we needed, and it was new. There was one incident that could be improved.
