“So tired to sleep in a small bed”

“We were put in a capsule in the far end and it was a hot box in there that for the first night we had to book another hotel last minute. They said it was an air conditioning issue but they told the same thing to a couple who checked in the day before us but failed to fix it when they said they would. Not to mention that upon arrival, we had to find this out ourselves. The front desk lady did not bother to mention that there is an ongoing issue when she very well knew about it. It was very shady.……

“地點方便，近地鐵站和機場巴士 房間乾淨、寧靜 但房內浴室窗戶只遮了一半，可以清楚見到對面屋 去前枱問職員有無窗簾或甚麼東西可以遮掩 職員回答所有浴室都是這樣半遮，沒有問題...... 很好奇職員是否在對面樓測試過角度真的安全”

“the location is on the main street which is really convenient by walking to stores and restaurants. beds and rooms are clean, it's deserve for the price :)))”

“Room was dirty. Carpet had blood and gravel all over; you could not take off your shoes. Nothing like the pictures that are advertised. Refused a refund.”

“On Expedia, it writes $52 one night, but when you be there, they said the cheapest there is $75 one night. Plus, the blankets there stinks.”

“整個房間都是廚房跟餐廳的油煙；另外一張床的住客應該是長住者，地上丟滿了她的東西，內衣、衣服等私人用品，我甚至無法打開行李，天一亮我就馬上離開了….”
