“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“This is a lovely clean cosy property walking distance to the main street of Ocean Grove and Coles. Takes about 15 minutes easy walk. There is a great coffee shop and bakery a few steps away from the house which was a bonus. You do need to drive to the beach. The house is very bright and the beds are amazing. “No it dodnt !! A pet friendly house provides a vacuum cleaner to clean up dog hair. Instead they complained of dog hair. Cushion were not used. I put them up. They clomplained about them.said dogs not allowed on furniture, yet they had put a blanket with sheet over it on end of couch. Found couple of urine marks. 1 dog poo outside which must have been after ai checked. Kept 270 of bond money for that!! Never again will I trust PET FRIENDLY!! Cllaims dog hair on bed. There wasn’t. I had covered……
