“clean but no room to move around in room and very outdated”

“Le petit déjeuner qui était compris dans le tarif de la chambre c’était de l’arnaque ! Je n’ai jamais vu un petit qui se termine à 9h30 ! La dame fermait la porte pour ne pas que les clients rentrent ! Et même pas eu de fruits ! Bref l’expérience du petit déjeuner était décevante mais la chambre était très bien ”

“The service was pretty standard. When I dropped off my luggage in the morning, they tore one of my large bags when retrieving it.”

“So it started with Zara at the front desk rude on the phone and not helping me find the location where the shuttle bus is (I called twice and she almost hang up on me before finishing the conversation). The driver of the shuttle was really nice and kind. Then in the room, the toilet seat was dirty with yellow stains, I had to clean it. I took pictures. The shower head was leaking. The bed was clean and comfortable.”

“The hotel is in great condition. Location is awesome too, there is a premier diner within walking distance. Staff was really helpful to resolve the issue I had with reservation. Water fountain outside the first floor elevator is a nice feature. There are teas and coffee station 24-hours too. Definitely will stay here again when we are in town”
