Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!"

"Great location on beautiful pond! Cottage was very nice, well appointed, but just a little too small for us. Host was easy to communicate with. I was disappointed they no longer offered a kayak or canoe as advertised when I booked the property back in April."

"Very clean with well equipped kitchen and a nice deck but very tight quarters for a group of 5, ac in living room but no fans in the tiny bedrooms, no ventilation in bathroom or kitchen, nowhere to dry wet swimsuits or beach towels. Layout assumes that people will be sharing beds. Read the fine print about pets."

"The cabin's setting is quintessential Maine coast. The views from the deck are framed by weather-worn pine trees, and the trails to the beach are carpeted in lush moss and mushrooms. We had nightly shows from the seals, bald eagles, and loons. It is truly beautiful. Everything in the cabin was clean, in good working order, and the kitchen was well equipped. "This property is centrally located in Rockland and within walking distance to the harbor, dining, coffee, shopping, and more. We had a great harbor view from our room. And while Trade Winds is old and needs work (smells old and we had to air out our room every time we came back to it.), it's in the ideal location and we would definitely stay there again; just wish the price was a little less expensive. Customer service and communication was top notch and exceeded all expectations. "
