Layout was good with upstairs and downstairs for a liittle space. Had it's own pool. It was not close to the Sharc facility. Also the golf course is now private and that was a little misleading given the view and location was right there. Luckily we are private club members and so they let my husband book. Otherwise you are driving to public course. When we walked in, we noticed the house was extremely clean and spacious enough for 6 adults and a dog.
