“Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.”

“周邊超市多且方便”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“前台入住登記員工很細心講解及提供泊意見。房内厕所希望提供掛衣服和毛巾掛抅。3人房厕所得2隻杯，也不提供飲水杯。”

“Hotel room was clean and big enough. However reception staff was rude and unhelpful when we arrived. It was our first visit to Valencia so it would have been helpful to share tips on places to go and share map. The hotel is great if you are staying for business but best to stay near old town where all our visits were with authentic tapas restaurants etc.”

“Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.”

“交通不太方便”

“The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).”

“酒店比較舊了,位置還不錯,離景點都近,但整個城市感覺很蕭條了,晚上路上感覺比較不安全. 價格便宜,停車比較不方便,當過境住一晚適合.”

“Wonderful service, great location and great hotel.”

“The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable with very tasteful breakfast.”

“nice clean”

“Its location is wonderful! You have everything you need around you. We had an easy stay.”
