"Staff was very friendly. We were able to store our luggage the day of arrival and departure. Location was great. Room was perfect for our needs."

"First the good. The hotel is next to the train station so you’re able to walk from the platform to the hotel in a minute. The location is great. Jacob in the bar was terrific. Great service and would go over and beyond. Next the not so good. Breakfast was probably the worst we had in Switzerland. It was busy but only one person waiting on tables so not the best service. Food quality was poor. The worst. The room, the bed situation was not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot n the ac did not seem to work. Had to sleep with windows on door open. It’s good for a short stay but would not recommend more than a night or two."

"The pool was being renovated so we didn’t get to use it but the gym and breakfast were excellent. Walls between the rooms are a little thin but everyone is there to hike so no late night noise but we could hear our neighbours speaking. Overall a great place to stay."

"This place was such a treat. We got the double balcony on the third floor and the views were amazing. The staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was pretty good also. Would definitely recommend."

"Comfortable clean room overlooking the valley with a nice balcony. Unfortunately this was not usable one day because it was too cold and the other because of dense smoke from a fire pit in the spa area below. Breakfast was good but eggs to order cost extr- not the local standard. "
