The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were nice and welcoming. However, the room was poorly lit and felt quite dark. It was also dusty, the carpet did not seem clean, and the bathroom had an unpleasant fishy smell. The platform next to the bed was particularly dusty, and we even saw silverfish crawling around on it, which was quite unpleasant. The bed was also not very comfortable. The positive aspects of our stay were the beautiful view from the room, the breakfast, and the nice decoration on the first floor. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the room significantly affected our experience.

Our stay @ The Falken was amazing. We were welcomed with open arm from the minute we arrived. The property is perfectly situated just right outside of town with a quick 5 minute walk to all of the shops, restaurants and trains. Our room was so cute and had such magical views. I would 100% stay here again.
