"Excellent staff, so pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was a great addition and had everything we needed! Gym was very basic, treadmill was older and there were no free weights, but enough to still get a mini workout in. Overall, location was perfect for our basketball tournament at Albright College. Although not a luxury hotel, it was perfect for our needs."

"The hotel is clean and the room is perfectly fine. The advantage, compared to alternatives, is the best price for anyone staying in the area. The disadvantage is the multi step texting registration process. That is the understood trade off: lower price, no front desk receptionist. I was willing to go through that process; I know others who would not find that acceptable. As long as I am the one registering, we will return on future visits to Lititz. That's a positive bottom line statement. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was unacceptable. The coffee was cold. There was no milk either day we were there. Also there was no sign that there was no milk so people would have their cereal in a bowl only to discover no milk. The fruit was past its stage of ripening."

"My family's experience was horrible. There was a shooting at the hotel and my girls were in the lobby because they went to buy snacks from the little machines that they have there. I have been there before no issues, but this time was a whole different experience."

"I would like to give a special thanks to Erin who works in reservations at the front desk for making mine and my girlfriend's first experience at the hotel Rock lititz a very memorable special excellent stay. She worked with me in the florist that I had flowers delivered to the hotel to make it a special moment for my girlfriend who is totally moved and emotionally overcome with everything from check-in to delivering the flowers to my room. I live in Maryland and she lives in lititz so I had to do the flowers at their local flower shop delivered not knowing exactly how things were going to be when I walked into the room. I was truly impressed with how well working with the florist and Erin. Through the emails and through the phone calls. The room was very clean the restaurant bar experience was exceptional. The food at the restaurant in the staff were extremely courteous friendly and outgoing. We will definitely be back there as they say first impressions have long lasting memories. Thanks again to Erin in the florist that delivered the flowers."

"The ice machine was out of order and there wasn’t another on the second floor. Also Legands is a club and we had to listen to load music until 4am. Even though it says they close at 2am. When you go to the front desk when legands opens no one works the front desk because they are working legands. Also the room keys stopped working after midnight. "

"This place has been renovated very nicely. On the surface it looks very nice. But it is not well cleaned/maintained. Everything is pretty gross and disgusting. Don’t you dare open one of the cabinets under the breakfast area… Everything is just disgusting. The bed was reasonably comfortable for this price of a hotel. There’s just not a lot of nice stuff in the area at least not when you’re booking last minute must be a busy sports weekend. The rooms were huge. The place is just filthy though. The lobby back rooms are so nice, but just filthy. And I don’t mean toilet paper on the floor. I’m talking about grime and buildup just everywhere. Food and garbage were left in the hallways overnight into the morning. It’s just not a well-maintained property. It could be really nice because clearly it’s been fully renovated, but not maintained or properly cleaned. Looks like they go through and do the bare minimum of cleaning. Sorry the staff were very friendly and super sweet, including the cleaning crew. But overall management is not properly maintaining this hotel. "
