There was no shampoo conditioner no coffee pot or coffee what they had in the lobby was very weak. The rooms were big. Not enough towels and washcloths to accommodate people per room. The guy at the counter wasn't friendly at all. The next morning the lady working the office wasn't friendly either

I had an excellent stay. I was greeted warmly for check in. I then ate dinner at the restaurant which was good. The server was kind and attentive. The hotel/room is antiquated (in a good way), but very clean. The bathroom has a remodeled shower and toilet. It has character, unlike a sterile hotel room elsewhere. The bed was actually incredibly comfortable. Sheets were clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast is simple, but homey. And I appreciate that. Definitely seems like a hidden gem in the area.

For being a dog hotel, it was quiet and clean!

The mattress was pretty squeaky the room was definitely clean though. Unfortunately the bedside light near the window did not have a light bulb so only one bedside light towards the wall dead. That made the room pretty dark. You have to also let the hot water run on full blast for at least 4 minutes before you can get a decent temperature
