Robesonia Vacations from $288

It was our first time staying here! We loved it! Felt like more of a home than a hotel and we had a ton of space in our room! Microwave with mini fridge is amazing so we could enjoy meals we had more than once! Loved the location and we had a wonderful time! Staff was quick at responding when we had questions! Thank you!

Location was great. Is clean and the access so the building was convenient and simple. My only issue was the showing had Luke warm water, outside of that was a wonderful stay.

Extremely disappointing experience, particularly with management’s lack of flexibility, communication, and concern for guests. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels with unusual check-in/out needs, and staff have always been accommodating. Here, I was initially offered a half-day stay with a 7 PM checkout, which was perfect. Management later insisted I pay for an entire additional night because they were sold out Friday and supposedly couldn’t clean the room in time. However, normal checkout is 10 AM and check-in is 4 PM. Why wouldn’t six hours be sufficient to clean the room? Management knew I was in a difficult position and unable to return immediately. Rather than finding a fair solution, they charged me significantly more for a night I didn’t need, without even disclosing the cost beforehand. I only learned the amount when I returned. To make matters worse, I couldn’t access the advertised free parking because the access code had been changed. I had to park behind another building just to retrieve my belongings. The room was mediocre. The ceiling was unfinished and painted over, the window was tiny, and most concerning, the security lock had been completely broken off my door. As a woman traveling alone, this made me uncomfortable. I understand hotels have policies, but transparency, fairness, and basic customer service should be expected. Between the excessive charges, poor management, parking issues, and security concerns, I would not recommend this hotel.
