"The room was not ready until 7:00 pm. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Bedroom for premium king suite is quite small. Pull out sofa uncomfortable as you fell all the springs. Shower tub combination is weird! Shower head is raised so high and you can't back up or you fall in the tub. Bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard. Pillows are thick but firm. Hotel was quiet but street noise was loud for a while with cars racing down the street. Valet took about twenty minutes to bring the car"
