"Excellent"

"I was told that all the amenities were up and functional before checking in, but when I arrived to Ogleby resorts, I was told the hot tub was working, and then when I got to the hot tub, it was not working and not functional cobwebs in the ceiling of the room no shampoo in the bathroom and the body wash was ripped off of the wall. Call the front desk to let them know about the hot tub, not working. It was told the maintenance crew was on their way and the maintenance crew did not show up."

"The hotel has always been wonderful. Unfortunately this time my wife became ill and we were unable to go to the Nailers game and didn’t need the hotel. We were unable to cancel in time to get a refund. I would think that they could give us a credit for the next trip instead of losing the entire cost of the room."
