"The front desk staff were so helpful. The room was clean. All our needs (extra blanket) were attended to promptly. The convenience of a concert right next door cannot be beat! Walking through the old steel mill was amazing."

"We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after it wasn’t cleaned the second or third day. The breakfast isn’t terrible—lots of options, but those scrambled eggs need help. Both bartenders are the BEST. We literally stay at this hotel because of them."

"Everyone should at least stay at these old world places at least once. We did not get a chance to use the Tap Room or any of the amenities at the hotel since it was Mother's day but once everyone went home, we got a chance to sit in the lobby and take in the grandness of it all. We stayed in 628 and the bathroom was run downed with a cracked sink, peeling paint, and a cracked seat in the shower. The room was better and well appointed. I was wondering if you get this type of room when you use a third party reservation place like Hotels.com."
