The staff could of been a little friendlier. The women working in the cafeteria was very pleasant. The people at the desk, not so much. Hotel needs a little updating and could of been cleaner. Pool was cloudy and didn't' want to swim in that water. It was okay for a short visit but won't stay there again. I didn't realize you had to pay for parking across the street. It said parking available didn't' read that information on their site. There were homeless people sleeping across the street on a bench. overall stay is a 3 out of 5

I attempted to make a reservation at the Hyatt for my sons graduation, I thought I made a reservation but as the date approach, I realized I had never received a confirmation or any communication regarding the reservation. A few days prior to the scheduled stay, I frantically searched my in box for a confirmation or communication but found nothing. I was. forced to scramble and fortunately found a hotel with availablity. A few days after the graduation I received a charge for the Hyatt! I never received confirmation of a reservation or any communication and was left feeling anxious over may lack of a reservation. I routinely receive better communication for dinner reservations, this is unacceptable!
