"Let's start with I love boutique hotels an this one is a little gem, French Parisienne meets Oriental design, no chain cookie cutter here! Judy and John were so accommodating, helpful and did everything to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Stayed for almost 2 weeks before and after a medical surgery and could not have worked out better. Very walkable, clean, nice bed linens, mattress, quiet and the rate is unbelievable for their location. Cute little bar too. Understand it even has a little Hollywood history too. Sister hotel Mosaic employees Robert, David and Daniel good bartenders and asst mgr was so helpful and food was good and convenient...great not to have to seek out eateries in an unfamiliar area!!!"

"I was there for a conference in the hotel, which has been undergoing renovations for years. The construction causes some inconvenience. The valet and pickup/dropoff line is crowded and inefficient, and ride share and taxis don't always know how to navigate it. When there is an event, you can't get picked up or dropped off easily. The line is endless. The hotel one has one restaurant open, no coffee shop or the like, and in-room dining is very slow. My room was lovely, clean, modern and bright. The toilet has a bidet! The shower is great. The staff who helped me more than made up for the inconvenience. The receptionist put me on a floor away from the construction, the concierges found me a hair salon, gave me recommendations for how to get my Lyft/Uber and recommended restaurants. Housekeeping was perfection. Everyone was friendly. The general manager on duty brought me my room service (plus extra goodies) because I was waiting. There was sometimes confusion around things like valet parking, the shuttle, etc., but that was more the function of the fact that I was at a conference of 400 people (most of whom were not staying there) instead of the hotel staff not knowing the right answers. "

"Good area to explore LA. Staff were great ( shout out to Gwynn for the ice ) I think it would benefit from some attention from corporate office - needs some basic maintenance and upkeep ( walls dinged up , scuffs and upkeep ) But overall a great location with good acess to public transportation . It would be nice if there were some partnership with the restaurant inside the building … "
