“Michaels property is just as described. Very clean and perfect space for 1-2 to decompress after exploring. Private entrance from the main house and a clean, private patio just outside the cottage doors. Plenty of off street parking at all times of the day. Location is close to all the attractions while at the same time situated on a quiet street/neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and when in LA again we would definitely book. ”

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
