Le quartier est en pleine rénovation donc beaucoup de travaux, et de bonne heure le matin donc pas l'idéal pour dormir. Quartier très animé le soir également. The Eiffel tower really is so close, and you get the views walking along the street like a real Parisian before landing in the midst of all the tourist crowds.
