Took almost 5 1/2 hours to check into our room and the staff told us there was nothing they could do about it that we were just gonna have to wait. While other families were walking away with free pizzas and other things we were told on my birthday trip that there was nothing they could do other than to just offer to explore the property.

The outside was dirty, there was spiders and spiders web all over the property. The door going in was old, the toilet water kept running nonstop, the sheets weren’t clean. The shower was old and not completely clean. The outside ice machine alarm was going off all night. To top it off, we got charged $55 when checking in because we needed to pay facility fees and Expedia forgot to tell us that. We will not be back to this place!

The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy
