Full remodel 2022, Absolutely adorable 1800 square foot cottage located right on St. Martin Bayou. Enjoy coastal breezes on the large back porch WITH A VIEW! Very conveniently located near I-10 and close to downtown Biloxi, downtown Ocean Springs, and Promenade in D'Iberville (5-7 min drive to all 3 locations). Open plan with a large kitchen and living space, laundry room, and 3 bedrooms along the north side of the house with a Jack & Jill bath in between...Large master suite with a relaxing, over-sized tub in the master bathroom, and a half bath in the front hallway. Enjoy tv's in each bedroom

The property is located on Saint Martin Bayou giving you the potential to catch redfish and speckled trout. A great location for kayak fishing which could be launched from the back yard. The Brittany Avenue boat launch is located less than 1.5 miles away.

The house was excellent for meeting our needs. It enable us to gather from out of state to attend funeral services and spend time with relatives. Our nephew also enjoyed seeing snd taking pictures of birds he had not seen before.

The cottage worked out perfect for us. My wife went to the casinos and I did kayak fishing every day in my Hobie kayak. This was Phase 1 of our Mississippi holiday and we’re going bicycling at the Natchez Trace for Week 2. The lodging was great and well located. Thanks to the owners.

Great place to get away to!
This is a beautiful home that anyone will enjoy staying here. The people are great to work with.The home has everything your going to need and is very clean. My family a I had a great time seeing the area. My husband and his brother went fishing every day and loved it. The only thing is if your bring you boat there no way to ge it in the driveway. I would recommend this place to anyone. The Evans family

Loved this house !!
Highly recommend staying here!! Great location. Really close to everything, but yet out of the way! Perfect location for us !! Quiet neighborhood! The floor plan of the house was great. Very spacious and so clean !!! Loved the entire design !! The house had everything we needed plus more! Loved that we could fish in the back yard !!! Let me began with this the pictures do not serve true to the actual beauty of this cottage ..It’s a open floor plan that gives the feel of home , beautifully decorated with a beach decor .. We were able to meet great neighbors that allowed us to use the lights for night fishing ..The neighborhood was in a great location, safe an tucked away from noise that really allowed the atmosphere for pure peace!! I will most definitely be booking again an again..It’s safe to say I’ve found my new favor vacation spot !! An get this is was even crab in the bayou for those that love to go crabing!! Nothing beats the taste of fresh caught crab an catfish ..This location has both!! Thanks so much for making our girls trip the best so far , we really enjoyed it

This property is absolutely beautiful! The bayou is behind the house and my husband fished it every day we were there! I've never stayed anywhere that the hosts check in on you regularly, however, Mandy made sure to do exactly and it made our stay so much better knowing they cared about it as much as we did! Biloxi is our favorite vacation spot and we will definitely be booking with them again in the future!
