“Clean, which matters most to me. Beds comfortable. Staff friendly.”

“Only thing that was lacking was an alarm clock and an in room coffee maker. Also no continental breakfast. Room was nice and clean and beds were comfortable though.”

“Housekeeping did not clean suite I booked. There was a lot of what look like hair from their private parts. I was disgusted. I requested new sheets from front desk(Crystal) but she never brought them. I went downstairs to retrieve them myself and stood at the front desk for almost 5 minutes while Crystal played in her phone. I literally had to say excuse me for her to look up. I asked her what happened to her bringing fresh sheets to my room and her reply was "oh, I must've took them to the……

“Room was clean and large. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet and easy to find. ”

“The perfect little place to stay right in Middlesboro . My room was nice and clean and Quiet and had a little kitchen . It has dog friendly rooms and a pool too . Even had a complimentary Washer and Dryer . Staff was very nice and accommodating.This will definitely be my go to , on my next trip to Middlesboro .”
