“Staff were super nice and friendly. Hotel was clean. Free breakfast was good. Only issue is the A/c unit in the room was loud.”

“Unfortunately my bed was extremely uncomfortable. Missed breakfast as it ended at 9am . The stairs leading from the lobby to the second floor were not standard, staff was nice , but the lobby is very ugly . Beautiful location, stunning views and tons of options for food. Would stay again.”

“We had a very large room with a king size bed. Very clean and had everything we needed. The hot breakfast was excellent and had multiple choices”

“We woke up and noticed there were ants all over the bedside table and they were in the bed as well. We told the front desk before we checked out. They didn’t seem bothered by it at all. Just said they would let their manager know and would take care of it. I took videos to show them as well but am not able to upload”

“It's a very basic hotel, but that's what I liked about it! The price was worth the stay. All I needed was somewhere to sleep for the night, and this place definitely gave me that! Staff was very friendly and the checkin/checkout process was quick and efficient. Bed was comfy and had an additional pullout couch if necessary. I'd absolutely stay here when I visit Cumberland Falls again!”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the pool was murky, the hot tub was not working, there was an arm missing on the chair in the room, the chairs at the pool were broken and the metal parts of the “closet” and chair were rusty. While we did get a good nights sleep I am Not a big fan of this place.”
