At first, I was given a horrible room. I’m not sure if the guy knew about it and intentionally did it or he didn’t know. I called and complained and the room was changed. It was cold, but with heater the kids were still able to use the pool. The owners were absolutely amazing/gracious. Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful week. Only drawback was some family members came in at night, road was challenging and should be done in the daylight if not familiar
