"The room had not been cleaned properly. The next morning there was a cockroach running around in the bathroom. Noisy pipe leaking outside my door and ac/heater was functioning but not well. Mention to the staff and nothing but an apology was offered. Must admit location and price was fair and reason I choose the accommodation"
