We had asked for a first -floor unit because I have a bad knee that needs surgery and my wife's knees are bone on bone and Expedia typed this in., we have stayed their many times in the past and everything was Great, but this time our room was not ready at 4 P.M. as the contract says so we waited and at 5:30 the office sent a text and said it was ready. then they gave us an upstairs unit, and we had to drag our luggage up the stairs consequently making my knee worse. as of this review my wife has made an appointment with the core institute for tomorrow to get a M.R.I. . The office said that each unit is privately owned and they have first rights if they are staying there and there are only so many first-floor units. which I understand but we were never told this when we booked with Expedia. also, we signed up for four nights and on Sunday night when we got back from dinner our cards to open the door did not work so we had to go back down the stairs to the office, and David the clerk on duty told us they made a mistake and re-activated them for us and thank God the office was still open.
