Everything clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. It has what you need. They served free breakfast with my reservation but I didn’t try it. They had a station with coffee, tea and water which is the one thing I saw needed improvement (more frequent checks to make sure they’re not out of it)

The Fairfield Inn & Suites near the UCF campus was excellent. Very clean and a large room big enough for me and my two adult sons. Highly recommend if you are going to a game at UCF.

Freshly renovated, the property looks good. It is within an area that is being. Renovated, so some local construction exist. Rooms were large and clean, and the property has large, mature trees, that shade virtually every parking spot. Really comes in handy in the sun!

If you're traveling to the area or here for work purposes, stay here. The hotel is very spacious and centrally located near great dining options. The rooms have a lot of space if you're traveling with little ones.
The rooms feature a kitchen, microwave, and have in room items such as coffee, tea, and popcorn included. There's a coffee pot and a stove top. The room includes a full refrigerator. We also enjoyed that it had a work desk. The desk has ample plug ins for your accessories to...
