“This is a large house that accommodated our group of 12 easily. It's in a great location at Black Butte. We had problems all week with the internet which the property managers were aware of. The house itself needs some face lifting. It has very dark and ineffective lighting (multiple burned out bulbs) so doing anything in the main living room area in the evening was not conducive. Other homes in Black Butte have been updated since the 80's but mauve and hunter green wallpaper are a dead……

“We had a fabulous time staying in this home for a long weekend with extended family. It was the perfect size for our needs. It was clean, well equipped and the location couldn’t be any better. If anything could be improved I would have to say the sofas in the living room were not very comfortable and I was told the mattresses on the bunk beds were very hard and didn’t have top sheets. The windows in the upper bedroom didn’t have shades and it would have been nice to have washcloths for the……
