“The establishment was clean and close to our destination however; the front desk clerk at night was horrible. He was unprofessional and rude. I went to the desk because one room key did not work, and the other took numerous attempts to open the door. I approached the desk, the clerk (bald Hispanic gentleman) looked at me from the corner of his eye, and did not acknowledge my presence.
