"Great hotel, awesome staff, excellent location"

"On arrival I had ordered some drinks to room which didn’t appear until after 3pm and were ordered for 1pm. The room was on the third floor and I asked for a lower level because me and my wife are both disabled. When I checked in the guy behind reception only took the money for our extras and not the room. The room was terrible the telephone and television didn’t work and the sink in the bathroom was blocked. When we woke up Saturday morning there were a letter put under our door saying please could we pay for our room as the receptionist didn’t take it on Friday. I was extremely disappointed as I have stayed there on numerous occasions and never had any issues like this especially putting us on the 3rd floor."

"The rooms are a bit dated but are clean all the staff are great from reception to waiting on staff to bar staff. And the entertainment in the talk of the coast is fantastic."

"The hotel was okay but a bit old fashioned basic rooms but clean the staff we saw where friendly breakfast was served by a nice young man it was very quiet when we stayed in April 2026 and you had to pay cash if you had a drink at the bar "
