Second week there and I was put in a room smelled up mold and oldness. Paid more for the second week than I did the first week with the room not being near as nice. Ended up, checking out a day early as I had to be on another job site in another city at the last minute. Turned in my key card Thursday when I tried to check out. Was told that I couldn’t technically be checked out until Friday because my reservation was made through Hotels.com. I told her no problem I don’t mind paying for the extra night. Just wanted to let them know that I was leaving and give them the key. Friday afternoon I checked my account and I was charged $5.80 for failure to turn in a key at checkout. This key was turned in the day before. The desk clerk even thanked me for turning in the key and not just leaving. I called about the charge Friday afternoon and was told that the manager would take care of the charge that it had to have been a mistake. I left my phone number so that they could call me and verify that everything has been taken care of. It may only be $5.80. But it’s the principal. When I return to Dothan next week, I’ll be staying at the Hampton next-door. Don’t be shady…

Starting to show its age, especially the exterior. Still a good hotel in a very quiet area. Loved watching the cows out the dining area door.

Place was amazing! Checking in was the easiest thing ever. Room was spotless and already cold when we walked in. Absolutely staying there again in the future.

Staff was very welcoming. Room was very clean and calming. My stay was excellent!
