My concern is w Expedia. I asked for hotels in Albany and did not know Blakely was 50 miles away! I was evacuating from a hurricane and wanted to stay in Albany where I knew a friend. I did not know the area and arrived after dark. Won’t use expedia

Please mix up the breakfast and change the ink in the business center. The chair in business center was badly torn up. It was a disgrace to have customers use it.
