"Almost everything was perfect, but there was one big problem: no hot water. If it had been just me, it wouldn't have been a big problem, but having my parents (70+), my pregnant wife, and my two year old daughter there, it was definitely a problem. We had to call management at least 4 times and each time they came supposedly "fixed" the problem. Everything in the home is well marked and clear instructions are readily available where needed.
