“We booked one of the rooms into the main building. All the white women at the front desk are extremely passive aggressive, from check in to asking them to inform housekeepers to service our room it was always an issue, made us feel like we were supposed to do our own rooms. If I have to ask to get my room done all I want to hears is yes ma’am and not “was this discussed in advance” etc. Their pool is not heated, there is heating in the changing rooms and pool area but pool is absolutely not...

“The bed was almost horrible, very squeaky and soft. The breakfast that they are offering is nothing special. There is so much potential in this place given the location and heritage which can provide a lot more value and nicer experience for the guests but very cheaply maintained.”

Parking in back was fine. One traveller goes out to car through patio door, other traveller has to stay inside to lock patio door then go out through the front door and get picked up there.
